Ordinary period
Where applicable, a consumer may exercise the right of withdrawal within 14 days after the contract is concluded. The platform displays the online function only for purchases that remain eligible.
Immediate digital access
If, before payment, the consumer expressly requests immediate performance and acknowledges loss of the right of withdrawal, the ordinary 14-day withdrawal right ends when access to the digital content begins.
How to exercise withdrawal
Open purchase history, select an eligible order, provide your name and confirm the declaration. The system records date and time, sends confirmation to the account email and starts a refund to the original payment method.
Content not supplied or not compliant
Waiver of withdrawal does not remove mandatory remedies for digital content that is not supplied or not compliant. Add final support contacts, reporting procedure, response times and applicable remedies.
