About me

Umberto Iglina

As an osteopath and human movement specialist, I have always looked for tools that could help my patients live better.

I have had the privilege of learning Yoga in its most authentic form, and I have been studying the science of breath for more than 20 years. By bringing ancient tradition together with a modern clinical approach, I discovered how we can create meaningful change in our lives.

Welcome.

Frequently asked questions

Do you have
questions?

What is the method, and how does it combine science with Eastern disciplines?

The approach combines the age-old benefits of Yoga and Breathwork with the precision of Osteopathy and biomechanics. Every technique is explained through clinical reasoning to provide concrete, measurable and lasting benefits.

Are the courses suitable for someone who has never practiced breathing techniques?

Absolutely. The courses are progressive and can be adapted to your starting level, with step-by-step guidance for beginners and experienced practitioners alike.

I have postural issues or chronic pain. Can I take the courses?

Yes. As an osteopath, I designed the movement flows with the body's anatomy and physiology in mind. For serious or acute conditions, always consult your doctor first.

How much time should I dedicate before I see results?

Consistency matters more than volume. You will find 10–15 minute practices as well as complete 45–60 minute sessions. Even after your first Breathwork sessions, you may notice less stress and greater mental clarity.

What is the difference between recorded courses and live sessions?

Recorded courses give you complete freedom to manage your time and revisit videos whenever you want. Live sessions offer direct interaction, specific questions and personalized feedback on posture and breathing rhythm.

What is Breathwork, and why is it clinically important?

Breathwork is conscious work with the breath. Scientifically, it affects the autonomic nervous system, heart rate and cortisol. It is a form of neurobiological reprogramming that can improve energy, focus and systemic health.

I am a high-level athlete. How can the method improve my performance?

The method works on three pillars: biomechanical and postural efficiency, regulation of the Autonomic Nervous System through rapid sympathetic/parasympathetic switching, and CO₂ tolerance to delay fatigue and maintain focus under maximal effort.
